**UPDATE** We’re back.. Thanks AT&T
This morning a crew from some cable company across the street was installing new cable and inadvertantly cut the fiber optics for our street. This has knocked out our phones and Internet service. Thankfully the good folks at AT&T have fixed our phones. Our website is still.down. Hopefully our seevice will be restored soon.
I will twitter when we are up again.
Thanks for yoir paitience.

The “good folks” at AT&T give about 30 million dollars a year to anti-gun causes.
Since AT&T bought Bellsouth, we’re at their mercy for anything local that breaks.
I was forced to have AT&T for many years because of their monopoly and recieved the worst service and customer service known to exist Broken lines, no internet service for weeks, phone service that was expensive and worked only part of the time. Fees and taxes that were at times 80% of my bill with no true explanation. When they were broken up by the courts, I immediately went to one of their Competitors. I recieved outstanding products and service that I have never thought existed and was satisfied with them beyond words. Phone, Cell, and internet. They always treated me as though I was a valued customer making sure everything worked and was satisfactiory for my needs at a great price. They were so good that AT&T loved them and their business model so they bought them out. Now after doing everything possible to get away from AT&T’s incomptentance and heavy handed tactics I once again I am forced to have AT&T. They dismantled the other company took part of their name to fool the customers into thinking they had the great service and prices of the acquired compamy. Then the old ugly AT&T reared it’s head. Poor service, representatives who did not care (they were a call center in Pakastan why would they care) forwarded calles 6 to 10 times and still no satisfactory answer or solution, Outages that lasted days or weeks before being adderessed, Fees, taxes and billing that that were uncomprensable and totally unexplainable. No matinance on their lines so trees fell and outgages lasted forever. (The state allowed them to collect a tax to maintain lines and right of ways and they kept it and did not maintain anything, Our state had to sue and force them to start to do the work they they took our money for) So the forced break-up by the court was just a small pause before they regained their monopoly. No competition, no service, no worries. Back to the same thing we all left them for we have back again. After a recent problem with my internet and very little satisfaction from AT&T they had the nerve to send me a customer satisfaction survey. Well what you have read here was what I put in the customer satisfaction survey, think they will respond, or take steps to remedy their service, I doubt it.. They will probably forward it to their Pakastani call center where no one can read it musch less understand or care…As long as they get paid and AT&T can give them 2 cents an hour to treat you bad and make billions without competition. Oh bye the way The outstanding company they destroyed and added the name to theirs was…Cingular….It was great, affordable, responsive, caring and AT&T could not let that happen so they attacked and destroyed it. Something like that might make them change their tactics and they couldn’t ever let that happen.
